Overview
Issue 23, Where Shadows Lie, will be a major revision to City of Heroes and City of Villains.
Confirmed Content
- Game content on the Vigilance and Zukunft servers will be changed to English only. Official support for the French and German game clients will also end with the launch of Issue 23.[1]
- New zone: Night Ward
- Magisterium Trial - the climax of the Praetorian War.
- New chat channel, Looking For Group
- Free/Premium players can join supergroups regardless of Paragon Rewards tier
- Quick-travel portals to get to hard-to-reach zones (such as the Shadow Shard)
- Signature Story Arc #2, Pandora's Box
- New Tier 9 VIP Costume Set, Mecha Armor
- Chain Mail/Leather Armor costume set
- Hybrid Slot and its four trees, Assault for damage, Control for locking down enemies, Melee for defense and status protection, and Support for buffs.
