Perma Domination is the ability to keep the inherent click power domination active without having to build domination over and over, basically it requires addition -recharge time either from Invention Origin Enhancements or Outside buffs.

Definition

Perma
  1. Abbreviation of Permanent, turned into a prefix
  2. Describes the ability to keep buffing click powers active, usually through Enhancements (SO or generic IO) and Invention Origin Enhancement set bonuses. Hasten and other -recharge buff powers can help make a power 'Perma'.
