How to Get

For Praetorians:

Read all of Rothstein's dialogue in the Praetorian tutorial.

For Heroes/Villains:

Read Prometheus' dialogue.

Location

Rothstein is located in the mission room down the ramp where the the ghouls are. You must help clean out the ghouls before Rothstein will talk to you.

Prometheus can be found in Ouroboros.

Notes

This badge was made available to heroes and villains with the June 28, 2011 patch.
The line of questioning to get the badge from Prometheus does not open up until one of the incarnate trials is completed.
The badge can be earned from Prometheus by selecting the following:
- "I have earned the right to know more about the Well."
- "What is the Well of the Furies?"
- "What do you mean all power? I know of those who gained their powers Naturally!"
- "Wait, didn't Lord Recluse intercept all powers in the world once? Couldn't the Well stop that?"
- "The Flames ended that? What are they? Using them must have raised your reputation."
