Psionic Mastery

Overview

Psionic Mastery is one of the Ancillary Power Pools available to Controllers.

You have mastery over psionics and the mind to blast your foes, increase your power, and to add some much needed armor and defense.

Power Tables

The following table shows which powers are available and at what level:

Mental Blast	41	Ranged, Moderate Damage(Psionic), Target: -Recharge
Indomitable Will	41	Self: +Resistance(Disorient, Hold, Sleep, Fear), +Defense(Psionics)
Mind Over Body	44	Toggle: Self +Resistance(Smash, Lethal, Psionics)
Psionic Tornado	47	Ranged (Targeted Area of Effect), Moderate Damage over Time(Psionic), Foe: Knockback

Powers

The following are powers in the Psionic Mastery powerset.

Indomitable Will

Activating this power greatly boosts your resistance to sleep, disorient, fear and hold effects for 90 seconds. Indomitable Will also grants a high defense to psionic based attacks.

Mental Blast

This basic attack does moderate psionic damage, and can slightly reduce a target's attack speed.

Mind Over Body

When you toggle on this power, you empower your Mind Over Body to become highly resistant to smashing, lethal and psionic damage. You must be level 44 and have Mental Blast or Indomitable Will before selecting this power.

Psionic Tornado

Unleashes a whirlwind of psionic energy on a target, tossing nearby foes into the air. The Psionic Tornado damages foes and slows their attack speed. You must be level 47 and have two other Psionic Mastery Powers before selecting this power.
