This article is about the Speed power pool. For information on movement speed, see Limits or Travel Powers.
Overview
Speed is one of the Power Pools available to all characters. These powers allow you to commit great feats of speed. Most notably Super Speed, one of the four main Travel Powers.
Players are able to pick Flurry, Hasten, and Super Speed starting from level 4 in any order without any prerequisite. Whirlwind and Burnout are level 14 power choices, and require two other Speed Powers before selection.
Power Table
The following table shows which powers are available and at what level:
Power | Level | Effect |
---|---|---|
Flurry | 4 | Moderate Damage (Smashing) Foe Disorient (minor) |
Hasten | 4 | Self +Recharge |
Super Speed | 4 | Toggle: Self +Speed (Minor Stealth) |
Whirlwind | 14 | Toggle: PBAoE, Foe Knockback |
Burnout | 14 | Recharge Primary/Secondary Powers |
