Should this (and other post-launch powersets) mention when it was introduced?

  2. Adding notes about when these were added should be placed at the bottom in a Notes section, IMO. Lightning Reflexes gives a flight speed bonus as of 8-16-06. It currently is worded as "+Movement Speed". Is there any reason to reword the power effects since movement encompasses flight? - Snorii 07:02, 29 August 2006 (PDT)

I went ahead and just added a note under the power description.
