:It would seem to me that the Pillar is a gray area.  I agree that it is an object, kinda like a mission computer of sorts.  I would be hesitant to call it a contact since it does not appear 'talk' per say, rather it simply serves as a launch point for TF style story arcs.  Still, because it is a source for missions and a means to be introduced to contacts, maybe the category of 'contact' is still somewhat vaild. - [[User:Blue Orchid|Blue Orchid]] 16:26, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

It would seem to me that the Pillar is a gray area. I agree that it is an object, kinda like a mission computer of sorts. I would be hesitant to call it a contact since it does not appear 'talk' per say, rather it simply serves as a launch point for TF style story arcs.
