"Swirly Thing" - Aren't the swirly things, Hortha Vines? - Snorii 07:44, 30 May 2006 (PDT)

I originally had the Hortha Vines down as Tube things until I verifed their names. The swirly things are the far end of the portals from Firebase Zulu. Ok, I was tired when I was finishing this all off. I didn't want to say portal, because that would seem to indicate one of the big portal mechanisms. These appear as small, very faint purple mist, swirling vertically. If someone has a better way of describing it, they're invited to fill it in Smilies smile.gif. --StarGeek 09:47, 30 May 2006 (PDT)
I seem to remember them having something to do with Mole Point Charlie, but Dr. Boyd doesn't think so. Anyone have a link to the Patch Notes when these were added?--Konoko 18:11, 30 May 2006 (PDT)

After all the work you've put in here and off you go and reference a different site rather than checking here first (j/k). But the additional portals were added in I5 (my copy of patch notes, search on page for shard). Hmm... the notes called it a teleporter, so that's what I'll change it to. --StarGeek 19:34, 30 May 2006 (PDT)
