Description
You have climbed the ranks of Arachnos by being both a pilot and a city official earning you the Brood Leader Accolade. While logged out in either Grandville or near a Black Helicopter you will earn fuel for your Traveler's Jet Pack at an accelerated rate.

Your hard work from your Day Job has given you access to a Jet Pack. The Traveler's Jetpack will allow you to fly for as long as there is enough fuel. Logging out in Grandville will earn you additional usage time for your Traveler's Jet Pack.
For every X hours, Character gains Y duration.
