Description
You have worked closely with the Paragon City government during your free time earning the City Official Day Job. Logging out in the City Hall will earn you an Influence Bonus, when you log back in, each time you complete a mission for a short time.

Your day job has granted you a bonus to Influence upon completion of a mission as long as time remains on this power.
Proven City Official
Auto: Influence Bonus
Your day job has granted you a bonus to Influence upon completion of a mission as long as time remains on this power.
For every X hours logged out, a character gains Y minute duration, up to a maximum of 2 hours duration.
