*It doesn't. Most henchmen get a power that displays the added details. Thugs have 4 different costumes that alternate depending on upgrade status. Myself, I'd preferably see a shot with all 4 looks for every one of the... however many variations there is, side by side. Regarding Thugs pics
Eabrace, if you're gonna upload Thugs pics, remember that there's four possible looks for them.
1: - Normal, no powerups.
2: - First upgrade only.
3: - Second upgrade only.
4: - Both upgrades.
