Save the citizens from their Council captors
Briefing
The Council is holding a half dozen influential citizens in an office for ransom. You need to save those citizens from their Council captor. Hurry, before it's too late!
The Council has been known to brainwash abductees into doing its will. You had better get those people out, and quickly.
The windows have been sound-proofed, so that no screams can alert passersby.
