Overview
The Flying Carpet is a flight travel power available from the P2W Vendor. When the Flying Carpet is active, all powers become disabled, including toggles, and any speed buffs and set bonuses are ignored. However, the base speed of the Flying Carpet is faster than Fly, it ignores the flight speed cap, and its flight speed increases with level just like Fly itself.
