This is an enhancement in the Superior Avalanche set.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.
Level 50: Characters must be level 50 to slot this enhancement.
Effects
This enhancement adds a chance to knock down your target(s). This effect will trigger approximately 3.5 times per minute. Its minimum proc chance is 10.25%, and its maximum is 90%.
This enhancement improves the recharge rate of your power by the following amounts:

How to Obtain
This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by catalyzing the Avalanche: Recharge/Chance for Knockdown winter origin enhancement, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
