Overview

City of Villains celebrated its First Anniversary on October 31, 2006. There were no subsequent anniversary celebrations past the first. The following describes the events and rewards associated with that celebration.

Badges

Characters logging in between November 2nd to November 30th, 2006 received an anniversary badge. For Villains and Rogues, it is called Elusive; and for Heroes and Vigilantes, it is called Pursuer.
