Generic Heroes are simply heroes who have no other faction they belong to.

Kil-ja 'Kit' Sung is a young Korean-American who ignored her past for most of her life. She immersed herself in the modern age and all types of gadgets and technology. That all changed when she was visited by one of her ancestor spirits. Her ancestor Jun-tak, was a great warrior in his time and a master archer. Jun-tak explained that a time of great trouble must be met by all righteous warriors. He presented Kil-ja with a mystic bow of great power and sent her to Paragon City to carry on the grand tradition of her family. Kit has not fully accepted her role as Flower Knight, but between the advice of her ancestor, the power of his mystic bow, and her expertise with gadgets she is destined to be a mighty heroine in the City of Heroes.

Fire Sword Melee, Moderate Fire/Lethal Damage, Minor Damage over Time(Fire)
A summoned fire sword that sets foes ablaze. Successful attacks will also do a slight damage over time.

Frost Breath Ranged (Cone), High Damage over Time(Cold), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
You are frozen by the Frost Breath. You are taking damage over time and your attack speed and movement speed are reduced.

Combustion Point Blank Area of Effect, Moderate Damage over Time(Fire)
You are taking Fire damage over time.

Ice Storm Ranged (Location Area of Effect), Minor Damage over Time(Cold/Lethal), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
The Ice Storm is freezing you. You are taking Cold damage over time and your attack and movement speeds are reduced.

Cyrus Thompson is a retired superhero who once went by the name Breakneck. His wife gave him the name, not because of his super speed, but because "If you don't give up this nonsense, you're going to break your fool neck."

Flurry Melee, Moderate Damage over Time(Smash), Foe Disorient
Unleashes a super fast Flurry of punches to pummel your foe. Flurry is so dizzying that it has a chance to Disorient the target.

Boxing Melee, Light Damage(Smash), Foe Disorient
A decent punch that has a small chance to Disorient foes.

Kick Melee, Moderate Damage(Smash), Foe Knockback
A modest kicking attack that has a small chance to knock opponents down.

Whirlwind Point Blank Area of Effect, Moderate Smash Damage, Foe Knockback
You spin around at an amazing speed to create a Whirlwind around yourself. Any foes that enter this Whirlwind will be tossed into the air. You must be at least level 20 and have two other Speed Powers before selecting Whirlwind.

Negates the gravity around a single target. Lift violently sends an enemy straight into the air, then slams him into the ground for Smashing damage. This power can bring flying foes to the ground.

You are being Crushed. You cannot move or fly.

Propel Ranged, Smash, Foe Knockback
The Family Boss can open up a portal and pull in a heavy object that her can then levitate and Propel at foes.

Pet is a summoned entity that is created to assist the caster.

Daughter to the well known Statesman, Miss Liberty grew up around some of the greatest heroes mankind has ever seen. It is no surprise that she grew up to be one herself. Inheriting the sacred girdle from her mother and the superhuman abilities of the gods from her father, Miss Liberty is a force for justice and equality across America.

Lightning Bolt Ranged, High Damage (Energy), Foe -Endurance
You can send a large blast of electrical energy at a foe, dealing heavy damage and draining some Endurance. Some of this Endurance may transfer back to you. Lightning Bolt deals more damage than Charged Bolts, but recharges more slowly.

Thunder Kick Melee, Minor Damage (Smash), Foe Disorient
You can perform a strong Thunder Kick that hits so hard it can disorient your target.

Storm Kick Melee, Moderate Damage (Smash)
You can unleash a roundhouse kick that pummels your foe for moderate damage.

Cobra Strike Melee, Minor Damage (Smash), Foe Disorient
Using intense martial arts focus, you can perform a Cobra Strike that deals minor damage, but has a great chance of disorienting your target.

Crane Kick Melee, High Damage (Smash), Foe Knockback
You can perform a slow, high damage kick that will likely knock your target back.

Crippling Axe Kick Melee, Moderate Damage (Smash), Foe Immobilize, -Speed, -Fly
You can perform a Crippling Axe Kick that deals minor smashing damage, but has a chance to immobilize your target, as well as slowing their run speed. Crippling Axe Kick may also knock some flying entities out of the sky.

Eagle’s Claw Melee, Superior Damage (Smash), Foe Disorient, +Special
You can perform a devastating kick that can severaly disorient most opponents. Eagle's Claw has an exceptionally good critical hit capability, better than other Martial Arts attacks, that can sometimes deal double damage.

Thunder Strike Melee High Damage (Smash), Foe Disorient, Knockback
A massive attack. You smash your foes with all the power of a lightning bolt. The pummeled victim takes tremendous damage and may be Disoriented. Any nearby foes may be knocked down and take some damage from the shockwave.

Dull Pain Self Heal, +Max Health
You can activate this power to increase your maximum Hit Points for a short time.

Sigil's soul is marked by a demon from the dark void. She signed a pact, her soul for her lover's life. Ever since, she and her husband, Kadabra Kill, have spent their adult lives seeking a loop hole in the bargain. So far, they have come up empty handed.

Power Bolt Ranged, Minor Damage (Energy/Smash), Foe: Knockback
A quick attack that rapidly hurls small bolts of energy at foes, sometimes knocking them down. Fast, but little damage.

Power Blast Ranged, Moderate Damage (Energy/Smash), Foe: Knockback
A much more powerful, yet slower version of Power Bolt. Power Blast sends a focused beam of energy at a foe that can knock him back.

Explosive Blast Ranged (Targeted Area of Effect), Moderate Damage(Smash/Energy), Foe: Knockback
Hurls a blast of charged energy that violently explodes on impact, damaging all foes near the target.

Power Thrust Close, low Damage (Energy/Smash), Foe: Knockback
A focused attack that violently shoves the target and sends him flying. Deals minimal damage, but can be very effective.
