Overview
Issue 13 added the ability for characters to have multiple builds. These builds allow the character to have completely separate power choices and associated power trays.
Info
How does it work?
- Any time a character visits a Trainer, one of the options will be to change builds.
- Builds can be changed once every 15 minutes
- All powers will have their recharge time reset when changing builds.
- Changing builds as fast as possible will take a total of 30 minutes. All but the longest recharging powers will have recharged by then.
What is the same?
- Primary and Secondary power sets remain the same, just like when respecing.
- Experience is the same from one build to another, combat levels are the same.
- Power tray numbers and window positions.
What is different?
- Just like a respec, power pools and epic power pools can be different.
- Enhancements in one build cannot be copied to the other build.
- Unlike a respec, each build has to be trained up separately.
- Meaning when choosing the alternate build for the first time, the character must be trained up.
- Power trays are also kept separate. Macro's and Temporary powers do not automatically get added to the other build and must be added manually.
How does regular respecing work?
