Overview
Nerve Total Radial Revamp is one of the Alpha Slot Abilities that can be used with the Alpha Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Rare.
Description
For all powers: Increases Accuracy by 33%, Defense Buff effects by 20%, Hold duration by 16.5%, and Confuse duration by 33%.
One half of these bonuses ignore the effects of enhancement diminishing returns.
This power also applies a Level Shift.
