Overview
The Oversight Center is a special, very inexpensive but moderately-sized room that functions as a combined Control Room, Energy Room, and Workshop Room for bases with very low requirements. Although classified as a Control Room, the Oversight Center allows no Control Items. Instead, it allows Startup Items which provide both Control and Energy combined (although less than dedicated Control and Energy Base Items supply).
The Oversight Center measures 3x3 grids and has a cost of 50,000 Prestige.
No Defensive Base Items can be placed in this room.
