Primary Power Sets

Overview

The Primary Power Set is the basis for all the powers you wield throughout the course of the game. These powers form the cornerstone of your combat strategies. Primary powers cannot be changed after a character is created; respecs and alternate builds still utilize the choices made at character creation.
