Definition

  1. For Villains, the equivalent of Security Level for Heroes -- a measure of how many times the Villain has leveled up at a Trainer NPC to gain new powers and Enhancement slots.
  2. Defined in-game under Base Combat Attributes as "... a modifier applied to all attacks. Higher Threat levels mean damage you do will be more likely to draw an enemy's attention."
More detail: Sometimes spelled ThreatLevel. For any character, a stat that affects how strongly the character's actions affect enemy aggro. A higher Threat Level makes enemies more likely to treat a character that is attacking them as the most dangerous target and attack him first.
