First seem during Issue 9 closed testing, Watcher is a tanker who both possesses all tanker sets, and is a villain. Later on during issue 9 open testing, he swapped over to being a heroic tank and has been seen fishing occasionally in steel canyon with BackAlleyBrawler. Watcher also was the first Developer to make an appearance at the Third Anniversary Event.

After issue 9 testing was over, it was reveled that Watcher was in fact Positron incognito.
