This page added as per Agge's direction from last week (from the discussion under the Recipe Drop Pools page). This week I will a.) complete verfication of the rare recipes table, and b.) add the Pool B table. Also I'll add pages for the Bronze Class (to include tables) and Gold Class (no table will be added due to duplicity [see Random Rare Recipe roll page]).--Kitteh 18:52, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
- Moved the page again, to match Random Rare Recipe Roll. Additionally, created links to the Bronze and Gold pages on the Ticket page. -- Agge (talk) 19:06, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Pool A vs Pool B
I've added all the Pool B recipes to the table. I have indicated them by putting them in bold font. They have a 50% less chance of awarding than the Pool A Rares. If anyone has a better idea for differentiating the two pools on the table (color?) I'd be for it. --K26dp 17:28, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
- Color. See Bronze Class Recipe Roll for example. -- Agge (talk) 17:36, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
- Ah, but what colors? Yellow and orange make sense on the Bronze table, since that pool is uncommon/rare. But the Pool A recipes are already "rare", and the Pool B recipes are... er... rarer? --K26dp 17:44, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
- Orange (#FFA500) and coral (#FF7F50)? The second's still orangey, but different enough for visual (except for the yellow-red colorblind, but City isn't very colorblind friendly as it is :/ ). -- Agge (talk)
- I'm thinking Orange and the existing blue. The blue sort of matches the Pool B icon . I also thought of just using the icon, but it took up too much room and made the table look fugly.--K26dp 17:54, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
- I dunno. When differentiating by color elsewhere in the wiki, it's done by rarity...blue isn't a rarity color, and would likely confuse the casual user who is just glancing at the page. -- Agge (talk) 17:57, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
- Popped a few of the orange/coral lines in for example. -- Agge (talk) 18:07, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
- Hope you all don't mind, but I went with colors that were less hurty on the eyes: Light orange and lighter orange. The contrast difference should be no problem for the color blind. Zombie Man 15:09, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- And checked it on Vischeck... OK for the colorblind. Zombie Man 15:31, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- That looks much better. :) -- Agge (talk) 02:03, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
- I like that colour scheme. Maybe we could dial down the orange intensity a touch on the Bronze roll page Catwhoorg 19:15, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
