Does that badge actually exist? According to CIT and some formerly dead links here, it does, as a counter-part to CoV's Leader. According to Badge-Hunter, the 2 bil influnce hero badge is Leader, just like CoV. Is this a fictional badge? TayJK 12:53, 21 December 2006 (PST)

But according to Badger-Hunter's Leader badge info (don't know how to do outside links yet), both the Hero and Villian 2 bil badges are Leader. Does anyone have this ingame to confirm one way or another? TayJK 13:35, 21 December 2006 (PST)
