Warmth of Prometheus

Description

+DMG, +Rech, +Heal Prometheus is extending a boon over your group to assist your drive to face the Incarnate Trials. This confers a small boost to damage, recharge, and healing.

How to Get

This temporary power is granted when the option to "Run League as Closed" option is not set for the Incarnate Trial, making it an Open League. This power grants the Damage, Recharge and Healing buffs to all members of the league.

Duration 10.25s Effects +7.5% Damage(All) +7.5% Recharge +7.5% Healing

Note: Although the duration is listed as 10.25 seconds, the auto-power buff seems to stick around for the duration of the trial.
