Overview
Incandescent is a heroine and member of Vanguard in charge of Vanguard's public relations division, The Herald.
She can be found serving as a hero trainer on Peregrine Island in the Portal Court neighborhood in front of the Portal Corporation sign. Her coordinates are (-1505, 0.5, -3429.5) , and her location is marked on the map as a trainer.

Description
Incandescent is the head of the Herald division of Vanguard and is ultimately responsible for public relations as well as liaising with the United Nations.
Kelly Dupuis was an environmental lobbyist charged with protecting the bayou of Louisiana. On a fact finding mission in the swamps she was separated from her group and had a life-changing encounter with a mystically charged Will-o'-the-wisp. It imbued her with the power of a living energy source... and a clean one at that.
Since the conclusion of the war with Praetoria, Incandescent has been very busy organizing collaborative efforts between Portal Corp and Vanguard to secure Primal Earth against any future interdimensional threats.

Incandescent can rarely be found relaxing in the Vanguard Compound's conference room in the Rikti War Zone.
The luminescent woman looks lost in thought and takes a few moments to notice you after approaching her.

Don't mind me! I was just taking a rare break in-between my various assignments.
I don't get to catch my breath very often, so I find it best to take advantage of any dull moment, wouldn't you agree?

She’s a Fire Blast, Energy Manipulation Blaster. Her signature power is called Lambent Flame and with it she combines the potent forces of fire and energy to knock down her foes in a large area.
