FlamingShield RiseOfThePhoenix.png Rise of the Phoenix

If you are defeated, you can rise from the ashes. The fiery resurrection blasts nearby foes with an explosion and knocks them down. You will revive with about half of your hit points and endurance. Rise of the Phoenix will actually leave you invulnerable.

(Note: The Phoenix will strike a total of three times, with two seconds between strikes. Each strike automatically hits enemies within range and deals heavy damage, a magnitude 4 stun, and Knockback. If enemies stay within the 25' radius of the Phoenix's attack for all three strikes, nuke-level total damage and a very high magnitude of stun will be dealt. Powers that make enemies immune to Knockback (such as many holds and most immobilizes), enemies with inherent Knockback protection (such as Arch-Villains), and nearby walls and corners can all become tactically important when this power is used.)
