Issue 8 Badges

Overview
Issue 8 introduced Veteran badges and equalized the badges with Safeguard missions for Heroes. For Heroes it added 15 Exploration badges, 6 Achievement badges, 1 Accomplishment badge, 1 Accolade badge and 12 Veteran badges. In total, 35 badges were introduced for Heroes upon the release of Issue 8. An additional 1 Exploration badge, 5 Achievement badges, and 2 Accolade badges were added later, for a grand total of 43 Hero badges during Issue 8.
For Villains, it added 2 Exploration badges and 12 Veteran badges. In total, 14 badges were introduced for Villains upon the release of Issue 8. An additional 1 Exploration badge, 8 Achievement badges, and 2 Accolade badges were added later, for a grand total of 24 Villain badges during Issue 8.
