Tech Empowerment

Overview

Tech Empowerment contains only one base item at this time. From this single base item, a second, and then third item can be crafted to replace the first. These items function as both a buffing device, as well as a salvage crafting table for base items, if of only a limited selection.

This Empowerment Station enables you to make Tier II Salvage, as well as use that Salvage to make long-duration Buffs that can boost your character's effectiveness. (Enables First Order Empowerments.)
