Uniques are rare Set IOs with the restriction that a character may only slot each only once total across all of their powers. Many Uniques provide global bonuses to one or more statistics. All of the Ultra Rare Purple IOs are unique.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.
