Cagey Mystic
Virgil Tarikoss is a newcomer to the Rogue Isles, but has already made a name for himself. Tarikoss often plays other mystics against each other as he works towards his own secretive goals. Rumors have recently spread that Tarikoss is looking for villains to help him complete his master plan. Though no one knows what Tarikoss' final objectives are, all those in the know agree that whatever his plan is, it must be something big.
Initial Contact
You will need at least 4 fiends, madmen, and lawless rogues for this. Return when you have assembled them.
You need at least 4 members on your team, all of them at least Level 15. If they are over Level 20, they will be automatically exemplared to Level 20 for the duration of the Task Force.
