Zigursky Penitentiary

Overview

The Ziggurat is the prison used to keep super powered villains locked away. It is located in Brickstown. In the villain tutorial, players break out of the Ziggurat with the help of Arachnos, who then takes players to Mercy Island in the Rogue Isles.
