o,o and there we go! of course, there's a debate about expanding this, so this page might go away soon and be split into a dozen pages instead... in the mean time, a space to drop these into until things get more complicated! (and why is everyone waiting for me to make these instead of doing them themselves?) --Sleepy Kitty 14:07, 26 October 2006 (PDT)

Category?

Perhaps we need a new category. In-jokes doesn't seem to fit in my opinion. - Snorii 07:23, 29 October 2006 (PST)

o.o well... a number of them are.. at least what was first added was, what we have now isn't as such anymore ^^;; you'll note that above I mention that this will probably be split into several categories.. perhapse split it and have the overall category page be under in-jokes? --Sleepy Kitty 11:16, 29 October 2006 (PST)

New Faultline stuff

I'll let someone else better at the formatting add this stuff in, but from the Message board we have:

Penelope Yin's namesake from The Wacky Races is Penelope Pitstop, who drove car #5, the Compact Pussycat.

Between two missions towards rescuing Penelope and her father, you encounter these Lost bosses...:

  • Slag of Skyway
  • Gruesome of Galaxy
  • Ruffcut of Perez
  • Blast of Hollows
  • Ant of Atlas
  • Blubber of Steel
  • Muxley

They correspond to these Wacky Racers...:

  • #1, The Boulder Mobile with the Slag Brothers, Rock and Gravel
  • #2, The Creepy Coupe with the Gruesome Twosome, Big and Little
  • #10, The Buzzwagon with Rufus Ruffcut and Sawtooth
  • #6, The Army Surplus Special with Sgt. Blast and Pvt. Meekly
  • #7, The Bulletproof Bomb with the Anthill Gang
  • #8, The Arkansas Chugalug with Luke and Blubber Bear
  • #00 Dick Dastardly and Muttley <snicker, snicker, snicker>

Wacky Racers not appearing in the arc: Prof. Pat Pending; The Red Max; Peter Perfect.

Penelope's info refers to her as 'perilous'. There was a spin-off of the Wacky Racers called Perils of Penelope Pitstop.

And...

In Doc's TF, you fight in succession Dr. Vezzini (Vizzini, the Sicilian who you should never go against when DEATH is on the liune) and then Dr. Humperdink (the Prince). I dont remember the one before or after and whether or not they corresponded, but I guess the writer was just as bored as us at that point in the TF. (Brincess Bride References)
