Your version (above) seems to state that you can craft this item in one of exactly three ways: use all four items in column one; use all four items in column two; or use all four items in column three. The article seems to imply something completely different: the item can be crafted in 81 different ways by choosing any item of the first row, any item of the second row, any item of the third row, and any item of the fourth row.
