Overview
The Cascade Archipelago is a Hazard zone in City of Heroes. A hero needs to be at least level 40 to enter. It is the second of the Shadow Shard zones. See also the Firebase Zulu Reconnaissance Officer Report for an assessment of threats and and amenities.

You have spent a great deal of time working with the military at Firebase Zulu earning the Dimensional Explorer Day Job. Logging out in the Shadow Shard will earn you a Jetpack power, when you log back in, for a short time.
Firebase Zulu has classified you as A.W.O.L., but they wouldn't welcome you if you showed up, either.

- There is a Hortha Vine to Firebase Zulu and The Chantry.
- There is a teleporter which leads back to the main portal area in Firebase Zulu.
- There is a portal in Mole Point Charlie which leads back to the hidden area in Firebase Zulu.
