Superior Frozen Blast

Superior Frozen Blast is obtained by catalyzing the standard Frozen Blast Winter Enhancement set. It is a Targeted AoE Damage set that can only be slotted by a level 50 character.

There are six enhancements in this set:

• Superior Frozen Blast: Accuracy/Damage
• Superior Frozen Blast: Damage/Endurance
• Superior Frozen Blast: Accuracy/Damage/Recharge
• Superior Frozen Blast: Accuracy/Damage/Endurance
• Superior Frozen Blast: Accuracy/Damage/Endurance/Recharge , and
• Superior Frozen Blast: Recharge/Chance for Immobilize

The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:

• Two enhancements increases Slow Resistance by 15%.
• Three enhancements increases Fire and Cold Resistance by 6%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Immobilize effects on you by 10%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Hold effects on you by 10%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Stun effects on you by 10%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Sleep effects on you by 10%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Fear effects on you by 10%.
• Three enhancements reduces the duration of Confuse effects on you by 10%.
• Four enhancements increases Recovery by 4%.
• Five enhancements increases Area Effect Defense by 5%.
• Five enhancements increases Fire and Cold Defense by 2.5%.
• Six enhancements increases Fire and Cold Defense by 5%.
• Six enhancements increases Area Effect Defense by 2.5%.

The standard Frozen Blast enhancements become Superior by applying an Enhancement Catalyst, individually, to each standard piece. The standard and Superior versions of each enhancement are mutually exclusive.
