Overview
Malkiel Ivesse is a Halloween Vendor NPC that can be found in Atlas Park at coordinates (11.6, 0.0, 29.8) during the yearly Halloween Event. Talking to him activates the Invent Emote and allows a character to convert Halloween Event Salvage into various rewards.
Malkiel Ivesse first appeared in Halloween Event 2019 as a memorial to a City of Heroes player.
