Council Empire
Overview
The Council Empire is found primarily in dimension Omega Omicron 26-20. In this dimension, the Council has seized control of the world.
Interestingly, the Council Empire seem to have given up on the concept of training and personal excellence that defines the Council of our world. The Council Empire's short, overweight soldiers are in stark contrast to the tall and muscular Council soldiers that players will be used to. Most Council Empire troops are seen as little more than cannon fodder by their leaders.
