Level 15-19
I know this guy, his name's Cho Ge. He's a little shady. He even used to be a gangster, but these days he's working for the good guys. He knows everything about the Tsoo and the Council. Cho Ge hangs out in Skyway City nowadays.
As long as you watch your step with Cho Ge, you will benefit from his knowledge.
There's a Hmong businessman named Kong Bao who's a real leader in his community. You should talk to him. I'm sure you'd find him quite helpful, especially when it comes to the Tsoo and the Circle of Thorns. Mr. Kong has strong ties to Skyway City.
You will be helping a great man, Character.
Dr. Ann-Marie Engles is a real expert in the field of cybernetics. She is fascinated with the technical aspect of the Vahzilok and the social impact of the Outcasts. Dr. Engles has set up shop in Skyway City.
You'll learn a lot from Dr. Engles; she's always happy to lend heroes a hand.
Do you have any contacts with Hero Corps yet? Even if you do, you should really talk to Colleen Saramago. I think she'd be happy to give you some assignments dealing with the Clockwork and the Trolls. Hero Corps has stationed Colleen in Steel Canyon.
Hero Corps has a very good information network.
Level 20-24
I've been asked to introduce you to Lt. Gosford from the Paragon City Police Department. He runs a special unit that is focused on bringing down the Sky Raiders and the Council. Gosford's connections within the department give him access to Training Enhancements.
Gosford is used to working with heroes. You will get along fine.
If you are looking for a partner to help you take down the Banished Pantheon, Andrea Mitchell would be a great choice. She is very dedicated and her connections are top notch. She also has a lot of interest in the Circle of Thorns. Andrea has access to Training Enhancements.
I have a good feeling about you and Andrea.
The INS has a woman named Amanda Loomis who works well with heroes. She is trying to keep the Tsoo situation from turning any uglier than it already has, and she also has a deep interest in the Warriors. Amanda should be able to get you Training Enhancements.
Amanda likes to use metaphors, but she understands the realities of Paragon City all too well.
Information
Police Liaison
Detective Rogers is a 30 year veteran on the force, whose experience has helped numerous heroes.
Wrong Detective
You're Character, right? Now wait, I heard about this from HQ. Hold on, you're supposed to be working with Martins, right? Sorry for that mix-up.
Too Low Level
Look, I know you want to help, but I need to know you can take care of yourself first. Come back when you're certified for security level 5 at least, okay?
Initial Contact
I've been a cop for a long time, Character, and experience has taught me to appreciate when someone offers to help. Once you've done some things and we've gotten to know you, we'll be sure to contact you if a real emergency comes up.
Now that you've gotten a Police Radio, you can start scanning Police chatter to hear about the crimes as they're committed in your current zone. You can then act on a report by selecting it from the Police Radio, listed under your Contacts.
Greeting
- We got a situation, Character.
- Hey, Hero. You here to help?
Too Busy
You gotta slow down there, Character. You got enough to do right now. Finish some other things first, alright?
No More Missions
We've got things under control right now, but keep your ear open and listen to the police band.
Missions
Protect Kings Row bank
While listening for the latest signs of trouble, you hear a call asking for heroes to speak with Contact directly. Something big is happening.
Briefing
A villain from the Rogue Isles has shown up in Kings Row, intent on robbing the bank with an army of Skulls. We need heroes to go to Kings Row and protect the bank from that villain! The robbers have probably made their way to the bank by now, so you should make your way there immediately. You probably have about 5 minutes or less before they make their escape.
This is a Safeguard mission. Once you prevent the heist, you will have 15 minutes to explore the area and potentially earn extra rewards before the P.P.D. lock down the area. You can earn extra time by defeating vandals and completing side missions.
Mission Acceptance
The villain has enlisted the help of the Skulls to do the job. They must be stopped as well. Other villains have heard about the heist, too, and are trying to take advantage of the situation. Most notable, the Clockwork.
Periodically, vandals will arrive to destroy parts of the city. You will see a message when they arrive, and their locations will be displayed in your minimap.
Mission Refusal
What?! I understand, Character. You no doubt have some very important things to do. We'll do our best to stop them, but it doesn't look good.
Unnecessary Solicitation
Go protect Kings Row!
Mission Objective(s)
You run over to Kings Row as fast as you can. While the Skulls are trying to take out the bank vault, the Clockwork are taking advantage of the situation by taking over the streets. You'll have to keep an eye out for the vandals causing mayhem while corralling the Clockwork in the process.
- Protect Kings Row bank
You saved Kings Row!
Enemies
Possible Villains
Side Missions
Keys for side missions can be found by defeating Skulls groups.
Prevent Arson
These are massive fire bombs the Skulls were getting ready to use.
Prevent Bombing
These are massive fire bombs the Skulls were planting underneath the city. Defuse the rest of them before time runs out!!
Prevent Vault Break-In
This is an advertisement showing all the expensive products in the store. The Skulls have made notes about what they plant to steal!
Prevent Jailbreak
A wanted poster of Martial Gloom. He's a mercenary villain, willing to work for hire. If the Skulls were checking him out, they may be looking to recruit some muscle. Maybe you should go check out the Police Station and make sure everything is ok.
or
A wanted poster of Pyra. She has a well-known love of wanton destruction, and you've heard the Skulls were looking for more muscle. It might be a good idea to check out the police station.
Prevent Weapons Deal
You confiscated a crate of illegal Vahzilok-made drugs before they could sell them to the Skulls. You shudder to think of just how the Vahzilok made some of these mixtures.
Exploration Badge
The Clockwork Paladin, a menace to the city, was once spotted running around in this area.
Temporary Power
Upon successful completion of this mission for the first time, a hero will earn the Zero-G Pack temporary power.
Toggle: Self Long Jump
The Jump Pack allows you to leap great distances and heights, easily jumping over buildings and from rooftop to rooftop! The Jump Pack will last for a total of 2 hours usage time. You can only carry 1 Jump Pack at a time.
Debriefing
Great work, Character! Kings Row is now a safer place thanks to you!
Mission Failure
You did your best, I guess this task was just too much for you.
