Global Chat Handle

Global Chat is a method by which individuals in City of Heroes can speak to each other, regardless of what character they are playing.

Global Chat Handles are preceded by the "@" sign, such as "@Statesman"

To send a tell to a person via Global Chat, use the typical "/t" command in your chat window.

Example: "/t @Statesman, Hey Statesman!"

Global tells can be sent regardless of whether the player is online or not (if they are not, the tell will be saved and presented to them when they sign on).
