The Abandoned Labs, added in Issue 13, are located in Port Oakes and St. Martial instead of a full University campus. Villains can take Invention Salvage and Recipes to the Labs to craft items using Invention Worktables. A full University campus is located in Cap Au Diable.
A series of tutorial missions for the Invention System can be completed through Dean John Yu in Cap au Diable's University.
