Winter's Gift: Slow Resistance (20%) is an enhancement in the Winter's Gift set.

Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.

Global: This enhancement functions as a set bonus and is always on, even if in a toggle that is turned off or even if the power is greyed out because of exemplaring. However, the bonus of this Special IO is turned off if one exemplars more than three levels below the level of the Special IO itself, unless it's from a PvP Set, in which case, level doesn't matter and it will always work.

Effects

Resists Slow Speed (-Speed) and Slow Recharge (-Recharge) debuffs by 20%

Recipe

Recipes for these enhancements may be obtained during the Winter Event from the Candy Keeper in Pocket D's Ski Chalet for 40 Candy Canes and 100 Influence/Infamy. The Candy Keeper's window shows the recipes as level 1, but in fact the recipe received will be the same level as the Experience Level of the character purchasing the recipe. The recipe may also be obtained from another player at Wentworth's or the Black Market.

This recipe may be sold to a store for 200 inf per level. However, other players may be willing to pay more for it through the Auction House.
