Overview
The Winter Event is an annual occurence in the "City of" franchise. It usually runs in late december and involves the Winter Horde. The Winter event is also the largest event held ingame and is intended to be run every year according to the Game Developers.
Other hallmarks of this event are Snowball temp powers, and the present inspirations.
