He also appears as a hostile in "Denmark wants to buy muscles." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Phaetan (talkcontribs) 22:09, 16 November 2011

Uh. I can't find a mission with anything remotely like that statement contained within. A contact and story arc would be extremely helpful.

It was a Heroic alignment tip my character ran at level 31. Sorry that I don't have more detailed information. I didn't realize the mission wasn't in the wiki until the day after while looking Stalwart up. I'll clear out my alignment tips and see if I can get it to pop up again. Likewise I'm new to this and forgot the signature, sorry. Phaetan 11:14, 18 November 2011 (UTC)

That would be correct. I've run the tip a few times myself the last couple of weeks leveling a blaster from 35 to 40. Stalwart isn't identified in the mission's objectives, you just run into him for no apparent reason. --Eabrace Healthbar notify phone.png 17:50, 18 November 2011 (UTC)
If I remember right, it's because his powers are fading and he needs artifical means of boosting it back up akin to steroids or whatever. I'm starting to think if something like "Going Rogue" section could be used on everyone in the Rogues' Gallery about changes to their storylines, such as Frostfire turning over a new leaf in later levels, or Silent Blade's turn from evil to good to evil or whatever she is now.
