Ambassador Kuhr'Rekt - Everyone says that you need to be level 40 to unlock him, so I think it is probably the level 40 badge which unlocks him for anyone in the right level range. - Snorii 08:13, 11 May 2006 (PDT)

Hero unlockable contacts

Would Katie Hannon be counted as an unlockable contact, as you cannot start the task force unless you've done the level 30-35 Croata missions? Doesn't give a badge, but still has to be done.--Konoko 21:06, 4 July 2006 (PDT)

The only differentiation is that Unlockable Contacts in the Rogue Isles aren't introduced by another contact. You simply have to meet the level requirement and have to unlock the correct badge. People like Katie Hannon, Hess, and Karsis are introduced by other contacts. I think it would be fine to add them and how to unlock their task forces. I've unlocked Karsis, but didn't complete all of his missions before I outleveled his trial. He does give other missions like a normal contact unlike Hess. I've also unlocked Hess, but he doesn't give any missions other than the Task Force. I haven't unlocked Katie yet, so I'm not sure about her. - Snorii 06:52, 6 July 2006 (PDT)
Katie Hannon is unlocked by completing the level 30-35 missions from Buck Salinger. Buck's final mission and subsequent text does not mention Katie. Katie is, AFAIK, the only contact in CoH that is like this. --Konoko 20:17, 6 July 2006 (PDT)

Tank Buster Badge

I got this on my main villain last night and instead of being called Blitzkrieg, the villain name currently is Tank Buster. When or if it is changed, I will update Viridian's requirements. - Snorii 06:49, 6 July 2006 (PDT)
