Ran from 10/27/2005 - 05/04/06, This policy "freed-up" the names of characters under level 35 on accounts that had been inactive for over 90 days.


Effects: Name, back story, War cry, Friends list, Global Friends list, Removes character from SG Doesn't effect: money, slots, powers
