This is the heading for a recipe table, for recipes that can only be obtained as drops (all uncommons and rares), and not bought. It takes an optional margin parameter that will add that many ems of margin to the bottom of the table (so it wraps properly).
The heading also includes the first row of the table, with the salvage column. Positional parameters are: first level, inf cost for first level, number of levels in table, and salvage.
The table rows use Template:DropRecipeTableRow, and the table ends with a |} (table end) line. Ater all the tables for a page, use a {{clr}}.
