Curtail Circle rituals in Talos Island

Briefing

The Circle's activities in Talos Island have grown more brazen and outrageous lately, and everyone is starting to fear for their lives. I'd like you to curtail some of their rituals in Talos Island. Circe Island and Eleusis are particularly overrun, but I'm sure you can find places all over the zone to take a stand against them.
