Ravenstorm Dialogue (hero response)

He has some more things to say when you rescue him. I added them as a separate dialogue box, but feel free to move them in to the "Subdued heroes" box. There is one interesting thing: Ravenstorm uses the $target command to yell "Hey! $Target!" at the first thing he sees when he starts fighting, and I'm not sure if that should be left as I put it ($target in bold) or something else.
