Overview

Officer Daniels is an NPC present in Galaxy City. He manages to contact you over the police radio, giving you advice during the Tutorial and encouraging you to aid Blue Spectrum. He supports the player as a Hero in leaving to help in Atlas Park, but berates the player if they choose to become a Villain. He is the only voiced character in the game. A PPD Officer can be found high up in the Galaxy City tutorial with Officer Daniels name, but this is only visible through the use of demo editing as travel powers are restricted in this zone.
